  • WELCOME MEETING

    Consultation meeting, set expectations, connect with a local lender and personalize a plan
  • FINANCING PRE-APPROVAL

    This is where we start before we start your home search. Knowing your price point assists in narrowing your search.
  • HOME SEARCH`

    This is when we start searching for your new home! Might be quick, or it might take some time.
  • MAKE AN OFFER

    We will discuss the home, prepare an offer and submit to the seller for their consideration.
  • ACCEPTED OFFER

    The Seller has accepted your offer. We will work on the fulfilling the conditions in the offer in the time requested.
  • INSPECTIONS & APPRAISAL

    This is an important step! This will determine the health of the home both structurally and financially.
  • FIRM OFFER

    Once you are satisfied with the home inspection AND have received final mortgage approval from your lender, and confirm insurance with your provider, we notify the sellers, and your offer becomes firm, in other words, SOLD!
  • CLOSING

    Congratulations!!! Waiting to close is the hard part. You are permitted to view the property, up to a few times before closing day. Be patient and know that your lawyer will call you in to sign the paperwork, generally the week of closing
